Digital Products

FitFocused sells digital products including meal plans, recipe collections, and fitness guides ("Products") through Gumroad.

• Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. You will receive access via email from Gumroad.
• Personal use: Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share product files.
• No medical advice: Our fitness and nutrition content is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new diet or exercise program.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at updates@fitfocused.net within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
